PLACEMENT CELL

The Placement Cell of a ELIMS is an organised body for supporting and facilitating the campus

recruitment process. It works in close coordination with the career services department to ensure

smooth and efficient placement activities. The Placement Cell typically plays a crucial role in

preparing students for job opportunities, organizing recruitment drives, and maintaining strong

relationships with companies and recruiters. On 2023 our placement cell had registered with YIP

(Young Innovators Programme) under government of Kerala to promote the innovation and

creativity among students. We are also registered with KKEM Under K-Disc Govt. of Kerala to ensure

various Govt. aids and placement programmes under Govt. Kerala.
